Exchange terms:
- You can apply for an exchange for your order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.
- Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher, then there will be extra charges (difference in the amount of product). It needs to be paid online.
- During pickup, please ensure that the product is in a good and untouched situation. It should not contain or carry any sort of fragrance and the tag should be attached to it. If not, we feel bad to inform you that a particular product can’t be returned.
- The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit. Without it, the exchange will not be processed.
- Also, in the event, on our verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- An order can be returned / exchanged to a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.
- If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. Exchange/Refund Request :
- Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
- The refund process is initiated within 5-7 business days after the product is delivered back to us. Even if you don’t get the payment, feel free to contact us.

- Customers can return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).
- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@mytutak.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your Original payment method
- If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. - Note if you want to go for return of the product you need to pay ₹50/- (For Madhya Pradesh) and ₹75/- (For out of Madhya Pradesh)

- Credit/Debit Cards: Generally, refunds processed to credit or debit cards take 7-10 business days to reflect in the account. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days. This timeframe can be influenced by the merchant's processing time, the credit card issuer's processing time, and the type of transaction.
- Digital Wallets (like Paytm or Amazon Pay Balance): Refunds to digital wallets are often the fastest, with funds credited within hours or, in some cases, up to 12 hours.
- UPI Transactions: Refunds via UPI typically take 3-5 business days to be processed and appear in the linked bank account. However, depending on the banks involved, it can take up to 10 business days.
- Bank Transfers (NEFT, IMPS): These can take 5-7 business days, depending on the bank's settlement cycle.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds for COD purchases can be more complex, as they involve collecting bank account details and transferring funds, potentially taking longer than other methods. They may take more than a week to be credited back to the customer's account.
Self-Shipping for Return/Exchange:
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:
- MYTUTAK , Flat#142A , Blue Ridge 2, Peermuchalla, Dhakoli , 140603 Zirakpur Punjab, India.
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + 100 ( courier charges) will be refunded to your account.
- PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
